- Print this Return form and fill it out, and place it in your return package.
- We include a return label with every package - please feel free to use this or request a return in the returns portal.
You can return the jewelry within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. You can only return the item if it is undamaged and unworn. We will cover the return shipping costs.
Did you order your items during a special offer/deal?
Special offers are returnable. If you wish to return items purchased during a deal, please ensure you return all products if you wish to receive a full refund. Would you like to keep one or more items? No problem. However, please note that the order amount will be recalculated taking into account the products you wish to keep.

Refund Policy
If you have purchased something from Ars-Argenti, but:
- have not received the correct products or
- If you do not receive your products within the guaranteed delivery time (45 days), we will give you a full refund.
However, we cannot provide a full refund under the following circumstances:
- Your order did not arrive due to circumstances within your control (for example, you provided us with the wrong shipping address).
- Your order has not arrived due to circumstances beyond Ars-Argenti's control (for example, not cleared by customs or natural disasters).
- Your order was placed as part of a special offer. In this case, you can still change the order amount for other products.
