Our stylists are based in LONDON, BERLIN and NEW YORK, but are at home all over the world and spot trends in the hotspots and trendy districts.

Would you like to return your order for a refund or replacement? No worries! We have an easy return policy. Simply email us at info@nola-amsterdam.com with your order number, the items to be returned and the reason for the return and we will set up a return for you. All return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

You can return the jewelry up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order. You can only return the item if the item is undamaged and unworn.

Unfortunately, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
